The Bets You’re Not Placing Are Costing You

As hockey legend, Wayne Gretzky, once said. “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

And the same goes for betting.

If you’re following a tipster, a system, or your own selection process – and those bets have proven themselves to be profitable over the long term – you are missing out on potential profits every time you don’t place one of those bets.

The reason I mention this is because I know a number of people who follow profitable tipsters, but for whatever reason, a lot of the time they end up not placing the bets.

We all get really busy from time to time, and sometimes betting gets put on the back burner.

But if your really serious about making a profit from your betting, you have to do whatever it takes to make sure you are consistently placing bets.

If your picking your own selections, this could mean setting aside an hour or so every evening to analyze one of the next days races that you’re interested in betting on.

Or if you are considering using a tipster service, it can be as simple as checking that the tipster sends out their selections at a time that will be convenient for you to place the bets.

If a tipster doesn’t make clear what time they usually sent out their tips at, you should send them an email asking before joining.

And as for the tipsters that I follow. You can find a note of which time they send out their tips on the tipster portfolio page, here:
