Premier Greyhound Tips is a fairly new tipster service that launched on Betting Gods at the end of December 2014.
The man behind this service is a called Michael and he has owned and bet on greyhounds for over two decades now, so he has plenty of knowledge and experience when it comes to greyhound racing.
I’ve not had a whole lot of experience betting on greyhounds before but was excited to give this tipster a try after seeing the 100pts worth of profit this tipster had achieved in his 3 month proofing period at Betting Gods.
The service usually provides around 2-4 bets per day and sometimes advises some ante post bets as well.
Michael usually provides a brief reasoning to why he has chosen each of his selections in his email. I love when tipsters do this as you understand why the bet is good value rather than backing it blindly and you get to learn what goes through a tipsters head when picking selections.
The bets are mainly advised with Betfair Sportsbook and Bet365 as these bookmakers seem to be the quickest and most reliable at providing prices for greyhound racing where as other bookmakers often only offer SP betting for most races.
So far I have not had any trouble getting my bet on at the advised odds, even when I’ve not had a chance to read the tips email straight away and I’m placing my bets a few hours after receiving the email.
This is due to the fact that the odds on greyhound racing don’t seem to move as much before the race compared to horse racing which I suspect is due to less people betting on greyhound racing.
By subscribing to Premier Greyhound tips you will usually receive an email between 1pm and 4pm advising the bets for the greyhound racing that evening.
You can see this tipsters full results for yourself here. Betting Gods are fully transparent about the results of their services and you can view the full results of Premier Greyhound Tips all the way back to October 2014 when this service was first proofed by betting gods.
My Results
I started following this service the day it launched on Betting Gods (29th December 2014) and below is the results I have had with this tipster so far.
Running Bank
As you can see it has been a bit of a roller coaster of results so far hitting a low of -£635.50 in mid February and bouncing back to being £124.50 (to £10, 1pt stakes) in profit by the end of February.
The results haven’t been the greatest so far, however, all tipsters go through rough spells. That’s just the nature and variance of gambling for you and it’s not all bad considering I ended my trial of this tipster with a small profit.
This tipster’s previous results during the proofing period at betting gods (October – December 2014) were very impressive and hopefully he can replicate those results again in the future.

Summary
Premier Greyhound Tips is yet to really prove itself with the results since it’s public launch on Betting Gods, however, due to the impressive results during this tipsters proofing period at Betting Gods and his reasoning that goes along with each of his selections I am convinced Michael is very knowledgeable when it comes to greyhound racing and is just going through a bumpy patch as far as results are concerned.
And for that reason I am going to continue to review the results of Premier Greyhound Tips for a little while longer and see how it’s going.
Expect to see an update post of this services results in a couple months time. Here’s hoping this service starts to get the results I think it deserves.
